Welcome to Kairo (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information in accordance with applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information, and the rights you may have.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

2.3 Information from third parties
If you sign in with a third-party account, we may receive public profile data that the provider shares within your authorization (such as user ID, display name, or avatar). The exact scope is shown on the third-party authorization screen.
2.4 Public blockchain data
Deposits and withdrawals involve blockchain networks. Transaction hashes, addresses, amounts, and timestamps are publicly visible on-chain. We may read and reconcile such public data to confirm deposits, track withdrawals, and prevent duplicate crediting.
3. How We Use Information
We process personal information only where lawful, fair, and necessary, primarily to:
- Provide core services: authentication, task publishing and joins, proof submission and review, dispute handling, and referral rewards
- Manage funds and ledgers: balances, freezes, releases, settlements, deposit confirmation, withdrawals, and transaction records
- Protect security and integrity: fraud prevention, anti-abuse, anti-cheat, moderation, and handling of policy violations
- Send notices: task status, review outcomes, dispute updates, withdrawal results, and system announcements
- Improve the product: optimize experience, performance, and features using aggregated or de-identified statistics
- Meet legal obligations: respond to lawful requests from competent authorities and comply with applicable laws
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share or disclose information only in these cases:
- With your consent or through your actions: for example, business content you publish in tasks or submissions that is visible to the relevant counterparties
- Service providers: infrastructure, messaging, analytics, or security vendors that process data solely on our instructions and as needed to operate the Platform
- Counterparty-visible information: limited information necessary for publishers and earners to complete a task (such as task content, submitted proofs, and review feedback)
- Legal and safety: where required by law, or to protect users and the Platform, investigate fraud, or respond to security incidents
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, we will require the successor to honor this Policy and provide notice as required by law
5. Storage and Cross-Border Transfers
We may store and process information in locations needed to operate the Platform. Where cross-border transfers occur, we use reasonable safeguards such as contractual protections and access controls, and we comply with applicable legal requirements.
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. After that period, we delete, anonymize, or minimize records. Accounting and dispute records may be retained longer where required by law.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Maintain signed-in sessions
- Remember language and interface preferences
- Improve security and reduce abuse
You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent some features (such as sign-in) from working.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege access, logging, and anomaly monitoring.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account and third-party authorizations, and never share verification secrets. Contact us immediately if you notice suspicious activity.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access and correct: view and update profile data and preferences
- Delete and close: request deletion of certain data or account closure (except where retention is required by law or unsettled obligations remain)
- Withdraw consent: stop using related features or disconnect third-party bindings (which may affect those services)
- Object to certain automated processing: where applicable and where it significantly affects your rights
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will respond within a reasonable period and explain if we cannot fulfill a request as required by law.
9. Children
The Platform is intended for users with full legal capacity. If you are a minor, use the Platform only with guardian consent and guidance, and ask your guardian to review this Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if we learn that we have, we will handle it as required by law.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may link to third-party websites, wallets, blockchain explorers, or social networks. Those services are operated independently and are not covered by this Policy. Please review their privacy practices before use.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice through in-product notices, on-page banners, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Policy, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Contact Us
If you have questions, complaints, or requests about this Policy or our handling of personal information, contact us through the Platform's in-product feedback channels or the contact methods we publish for operations. We will verify and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
This Policy is an important agreement between you and Kairo regarding personal information. Please read it together with the Terms of Service.
